Contrary to recent reports, Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain and ex-Megadeth bassist Dave Ellefson are not forming a new band with one time Anthrax guitarist Dan Spitz. The three have worked together on a couple of songs for Spitz's new project, but that's as far as it goes.
