NILE's 'Art of Noise's Tour 2003! NILE will commence the Guitar World-sponsored 'The Art of Noise' Tour 2003 on January 17th in Houston, TX. Support on what is shaping up to be THE metal tour of 2003 will come from NAPALM DEATH, DARK TRANQUILITY, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD and The BERZERKER.
