Italian “epic power metal” band DOMINE will release their fourth full-length album, “Emperor Of The Black Runes”, on February 9, with distribution through SPV. Release dates in Russia, Taiwan, Brazil and the U.S. are still pending. “Emperor Of The Black Runes” has been available in Japan since November.

The follow-up to 2001's “Stormbringer Ruler” was recorded at New Sin Audio Design studios in Loria and is said to have “exceeded” the band's expectations, according to a posting on their web site.

DOMINE's next live appearance will take place on February 28 at The Field in Carpaneto, Italy.
