Virginia-based doom/death metallers NECARE have inked a deal with Finland's Firebox Records. The group's debut CD, “Ruin”, is scheduled for release in the next couple of months.

According to an official press release, “Ruin” “touches on themes of spiritual apostasy and the abandonment of faith in the face of mortality. Curious listeners can be assured of NECARE's dedication to creating emotionally suffocating doom/death metal — at times crushing and slow, often regal, never lacking bleakness or sorrow, equally hateful and serene, and ever mindful of the past.”
