Finland's NIGHTWISH have set “Once” as the title of their forthcoming album, tentatively due in June through Spinefarm/Universal Records in Finland and Nuclear Blast in continental Europe. A release date for the U.S. has yet to be confirmed.
As previously reported, NIGHTWISH will be working with renowned director Antti Jokinen on the video clip for “Nemo”, the first single off the upcoming CD. Jokinen has directed music videos for such international artists as CELINE DION, EMINEM and SHANIA TWAIN and is currently in Rome working as an assistant director on Renny Harlin's new film, “Exorcist: The Beginning”. The album's second single, “I Wish I Had An Angel”, is expected follow a later in the year.
NIGHTWISH will kick off a three-week North American tour on August 16 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
