This DVD has been looked for since the day I heard it was being done last year so the wait is now over and it has been well worth the wait. If you like your metal raw, mean and with lots of attitude as well as very guitar oriented like it is meant to be then this DVD is for you. Recorded at HARPO'S in Detroit, MI in front of a sold out crowd this show was awesome. Believe it or not between the band, crew, and crowd every last drop of beer in the club that night was drank so you tell me if that was a party or what? there is nothing fancy about the stage or lights just the band on stage delivering a skull crushing set.
Zakk has never been about big hair or fancy lights and cloths and that is why I like him so much for he lets the music do the talking. The band on this night was tight and delivered the set with confidence and POWER. The DVD also has a nice interview with Zakk where he lets you know where he is coming from on a few subjects as well as a very touching moment with his daughter Rae Rae where he performs a song with her at home. Lots of other crazy shit tops off the special features. As Zakk Wylde is in your face with his metal so is his DVD. Just one damn good show that makes you wish you where there. A true must have for any Zakk fan or any fan of true guitar oriented metal the way it was meant to be played. No fancy clothes, hair spray, or spandex here.
