LEGIONS TOUR – MAYHEM, MORPHEUS

Well me and my 2 buddys that taggled along this cold night, were just like a little confused over what were going to happen at Rytmeposten this night. After a few bears started the opener band started. It's a local band called Morpheus (ex- Ceremony) which plays the typical melo-death genre like In flames, Dark Tranquility, etc. They did ok, and should be in the near future ready to do a record. A little more agreesive leads and some more different tunes is the only thing that can be asked of them. After a few more bears we were to hear Mayhem and their kind of Black Metal. As we expected their did our thing with the pigheads, tossing them out to people, and the vocalist cutting in himself. These were the highlights. Cause all 3 of us were totally agreeing that this were problably on of the lousiest liveacts around. Their do ok on CD. But this was awful. the noise too loud. The sound blurry, and the crowd coldn't the songs. So a little message to Mayhem, Focus the on music, not the Image.

Dissapointing 2 out 10 (2 for opening band).
