The Finnish Deathbound offers rapid blastbeating, reaping guitar work and vocals that will wake the dead to live on their second album. All this is captured with unbelievable intense and groove! Maniacal aggressions and blood freezing energy is packed to these 13 tracks in the form of Grindcore and Death Metal. Album also has a multimedia section which includes album videos Extinct and Gasmask, photo galleries and wallpapers.
Doomsday Comfort was recorded in the famous Soundlab Studios in Örebro, Sweden by Mieszko Talarczyk (Nasum). Doomsday Comfort remains the last album done by Mieszko before he died in the Thailands Tsunami disaster. The album was mastered by mastering guru Peter in de Betou (Dimmu Borgir, Hypocrisy, Arch Enemy, …).
Deathbound was formed in 1995. Since the birth of Deathbound there have been a bunch of line-up changes in the band and also the bands name has changed to current form. Debut album “To Cure The Sane With Insanity” was released in 2003 by Woodcut Records. The debut got full points almost in every review and the band gained well earned attention from fans and media all around the world. Record label changed to Dynamic Arts Records and the band headed to record Doomsday Comfort. Deathbound includes members from The Duskfall, …and Oceans and Rotten Sound.
The album will be released in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on later Q3.
