APOCALYPSE „Igra”

Sometimes I go in depth of different continents to penetrate equally interesting and valuable bands. In this time I reached to Bosnia and Herzegovina and just found the APOCALYPSE. The sextet made on me considerable impression. Their music is melodious heavy metal. The stuff of “Igra” has seven tracks. And only two tunes are in English. The rest of tunes are in their language. I opine that this sounds very curiously, especially that vocalist's voice is melodious and gentle. The thanks then the tunes of type “Izmedju Zivota I Smrti” sound very originally. Besides English's songs have half-baked English's tone. In spite of all the arrangements are very developed and well-thought-out. The arrangements unite dynamics and energy with sensitivity and melancholy. This creates interesting murk-fabulous climate. Obviously sharp quick heavy metal riffs create the basis, although here and there the parties of keys play important part. Sometimes these keys lead in some parties and the key add the melodious melancholy as well as darkness or even the ambient of climate. Just probably thanks to the keys (in connection with dynamic and melodious parties of guitars) the music of APOCALYPSE (in the band also is woman) I associated with Polish band called CETI. The drummer's energetic parties give to the whole of larger power and influence for dynamic changes of tempo. The whole is very coherent and composed well. It causes that the music of metal maniacs from Bosnia and Herzegovina is very nice.
