THREINODY “Live AT AMC College, Bangalore 2004” The first time in my life I meet the metal music from India!!! From the title of material results that the material comes from concert and after that the music corrected in Arctic Studios in Bangalore. The material includes until 18 tunes and the 10 tunes are the cover-songs of such bands like JUDAS PRIEST, BLACK SABBATH, VENOM, IRON MAIDEN, BILLY JOEL ( the nice and funny punk rock version), SODOM, SLAYER, METALLICA and THE ROLLING STONES. And after counting-out we have already some general idea about the music of THREINODY. The men choose the classics and the tradition. Unfortunately the sound of whole is not ideal, but we know that on the concerts is various equipment sounds provided. In spite of all we can to listen what they have to saying in metal colleagues from India – Premik, Siddharth and Satish. I hear that the colleagues have not problems with technical side of metal music and with the all cover-songs they cope without accusation. In peculiarity I have to praise the drummer which really good copes with lot of changes of rhythm, passages and accents. But sometimes the vocalist don't cope with perfect singing, but even pretty well he sings using sharper sounds their voice, it reminds me old bands in style of VENOM or BULDOZER. Generally them the own compositions oscillate in regions of old power hrash metal with small influences of the progressive. The tunes even characterize the interesting arrangement (but however it lacks me the second guitarist)… The music of THREINODY characterizes dynamics, sharp sound and sedate tempo. The tempo sometimes undergoes radical changes. The music seized the spirit of old metal. The arrangements are base on typical patents what is possible to hear in the classics of power or thrash metal and because the music remind me VENOM SODOM, SLAYER, JUDAS PRIEST, or BULDOZER.
