Denmark, a little country that does not only know the heavy metal since DRAGONLAND…

In the year 1998, 7 THORNS was founded being a side project of drummer Lars and guitarist Dr. No. The aim of the two was to sound like a fusion of Helloween, Gamma Ray and Accept. The normal line-up changes happened, and because of this difficulty, the work for the album could be started in 2005 for the first time.

This demo single including those two appetizers „Artificial night“ and „Metal will show you the way“ are the messengers for the debut album which was recorded in April 2006 in Copenhagen/Denmark.

You can expect a mixture of German and Finnish power metal that is characterized by symphonic parts, epic harmonies as well as fast guitars.

With Thomas Hübertz, the band has got a professional musical singer on board, having a clear, strong voice. The musical influences cannot be ignored, neither the voice, nor the songwriting.

The album seems to be an interesting thing.
