TIME MAGE „Nightmares”

TIME MAGE „Nightmares” - okładka
Band: Time Mage
Origin: Germany
Music: Progressive Metal
Tracks: 13 Tracks
Duration: 57:39

There are few things when you first hear in any album, you would blame the band for getting it out. On the other side, you could blame some other factors like no production support and things like that. Time Mage is achieving both kinds of factors.

This band hails from Germany. The most noticeable things about them, their constantly changing in their line-up, which is something, not very good.

Musically? I believe they are a bit lost in their tones. It's hard for you to classify them according to their music. It is said they are progressive. But I doubt it.

Vocaling? Not in every song the vocal impress me. The vocals are singing in direction and the music plays in some other direction. I also noticed in few songs, there is a discord. They sound a bit weary like that. One thing should be done for this discord. Whether the females vocal will sing on their own without the male, or vice versa, but together? I don't think so.

Playing? They are ok, but Instrumental, their equipments are a bit tricky for the ear acceptance. May be this has been like that since the production of the album and the sounds weren't that good.

In few words, this band needs more support from the media and from themselves as a band. They could be promising.
