New York, NY – Indie pop beacons, De Novo Dahl, will be hitting the road this fall in support of their recently released Roadrunner debut, Shout EP. Released on August 14, the EP showcases the bands fiery presence and is chock-full of toe tapping pop compositions. Energetic and visually exciting, the bands live performances hone in on the essence of their feel good music. The band will kick off their North American trek in Vancouver supporting new wave rockers Hot Hot Heat, ending in San Francisco, CA on October 30th.
The bands hometown, Nashville, has found itself embracing more pop and rock-friendly artists amongst its traditional country roots. Embracing beach-themed shows in the dead of winter and full costumed live shows (nude colored body suits are the current form), De Novo Dahls eclectic style is a vivid testament to a new generation of Nashville musicians. Rock bands today often dont really put on a show, says front man Joel J. Dahl. I like it when someones trying something early Genesis or KISS would do, like wearing costumes or really leaving your mark on an audience that says Whoa, this wasnt like the last 50 times Ive been to a show! Every moment of their live show is undeniably memorable.
Shout EP is available now at independent retailers thought the US.
