Second official demo by SINNOCENCE was released in the same year as Acceptable Level Of Violence and was treated in the same way – sent to a hundred of webzines and fanzines in order to promote the band as good as possible. Two demos in such a short period of time had to pay.
And here, the situation is quite similar, as on the first demo: dark and gruesome atmosphere at the beginning suggests that the album is going to be very depressing. But when the vocal appears it is obvious (again) that this is another variation on SAVATAGE (the musicians still copy their style). On this album, the music is quite heavy and fleshy, solid male vocal sometimes gives goose bump. What is more, quite often the music is equipped in a kind of psychedelic-pop climate, especially Drown the Noise, which enriches the whole. Later on everything overlaps and heavy guitars take the lead. And then, arises a problem – where is the power? There is no kick! The performance is good, the musicians know what to do, although the atmosphere stays dull and boring, one might fall asleep while listening. Too many repetitions simply kill the music and show, that SINOCENCE did not do their homework.
Very often it is so, that the band kills their ideas for music. And it happened in case of SINOCENCE – they wanted to do well, as we all try to do, but were short of ideas which simply crossed them out.
