And indeed, they dont lied, it is epically, it is a power, it is in the classical spirit, and above all heavy metal. oh, sorry. I forgot to mention thatyouthat would have me to deceive Gentlemen of Ulterium Records. They recommende, and recommend and so gI got the promo. Sun failed to be sure. And guess what? I am very, but very positively surprised by it. Yes, certainly surprised.

Theocracy of course it was not previously known to me. I doubt it would have any opportunity to meet them, but as that I was able to conclude here and elsewhere to know, today less than two weeks before the premiere I am able to hear this disc. And guess what? Regret that you dont have it. But in the nearest future you will be able to purchase it. And if them do not succeed in Poland, they will certainly do that in the Czech Republic. There is no speech by THEOCRACY, will not succed in my neighbours country.

What's interesting for THEOCRACY, even though it sounds very familiar, and of course the Euro (the end of power metal commits to something), clearly violate common patterns of the species. Of course, there is no mention of any playing with more aggressive varieties of metal, but the Theocracy is as richly than many other representatives of the so-called scene. Therefore, as an attack patterns? Maybe I have bit break with the statement, but according to me THEOCRACY is … more full of life than the rest. Greeks epic metal can also entertain, divert and make a very positive state of mind. Do not forget, however, that to fully experience everything we have to offer, sometimes need to hear more than the proverbial three minutes (Laying to rest the demonanda true colossus Mirror of Souls).

Musical landscapes which are the authors of the Greeks, often are soaked by dark and dramatica atmosphere, and over the track, or part thereof, looms worrying aura (Laying the demon to rest). Gloom mixed with musical empathy, the classic heavy metal play suddenly turns the cannonade of riffage (once again, the demon to Laying rest), or suddenly, not expected to impact the volley blasts us (again the same example) . Not without reason, I am still mentioning the same song, because this one is the most representative of the group. Everything, literally everything in it up to each match, andgay vocals are intelligently interleaved with choirs or lower but still heavy metal voice. Here and elsewhere we can hear the echoes of ICED EARTH, or even AVANTASIA, but nothing in the world should not be treated this as a plea. On the contrary, such inspiration, it is not ashamed. Especially when its own author's material is remarkably good.

Sometimes, THEOCRACY sounds little simillar to American thrash. Slightly technically, eloquently and with a large dose of energy. Oh yes, definitely playing this makes sense. They know the Greeks and the Theocracy and power metallers from IMAGIKA (Amazingly, I am able to use the term power metal also in relation to the U.S. band). On the whole thrash luck is merely an addition to a vigorous power metal heating which is as many supporters and the opponents. But who was there to care. This music has a certain group of customers and I doubt that this will ever change.

Mostly length theocracy oscillates in the main 6 minutes in the top,but on the Mirror of Soulswas also a place for shorter, more compact and typical power metal composition. When the musicians will present these shorter, but not devoid of power numbers, I am able to take a chance that they do so only with the rule. To give the listener a few simpler and easier to remember songs. Rather than after it, to show their skills and talent to composition. A pity, I would prefer toepiclasted through the whole album and not only by the greater part of it.

Deserve praise very nice, and not prohibitive (literally) vocals Matt Smith. Strangely American sounding vocalist possess great stress, and a wonderful heavy metal and transparent vote. It could even be Bard, a and so it would be good. Riffs departing from his fingers, it is not every measure, and even a few witty, and delicious batch solo. Well, talent, and talent again. Mirror of Soulsis actually a good reflection of several heavy metal souls. Strong, dreamed, and aware of their skills musicans, recorded an album worthy power metal band name. And guess what? So it was good to return to his metal roots. Even very well.
