American metalcore not quite that slowly fades, it becomes secondary and boring. Such truth, so rich and full of amazing bands scene is a past day memory becomes a quite predictable and not -attractive. Of course, characteristic school of playing metalcore is undoubtable but slowly it lose … in itself. Two, no three years ago we watched real rash of bands even bit close to the creators of Nora but what now? Practically I no longer see so fresh and pleasant bands in reception. Hah! I am even concerned to declare that as a band without a contract FROM ALL WITHIN is a really awesome band, and whats more, those guys surprised me a lot, and gave me a lot of bloody joy. Definitely – a lot of joy.

Once when metalcore was only an idea… until someone came to the phenomenal proposal to modernize the formula of Swedish melodic death metal and embed it on hardcore spine. Great idea mastered the entire world and how thist contribute to ALL FROM WITHIN? And yes, that this band clearly took to their hearts the merits of this idea and the play as for a such solid metalcore band. Members FROM ALL WITHIN themselves boldly admit that the are inspired of IN FLAMES, which is heard very clearly indeed. I can even add more of each other and, of course, DARK TRANQUILITY, AT THE GATES. However, whats amusing, not the last band is the most influence for FROM ALL WITHIN (AT THE GATES were, and are today the top band for whole metalcore world) but the first one IN FLAMES – especially in guitar play, and more specifically in solo parts.

Swedish so rich in melody and aggression school left the stigma of playing on hundreds and even thousands of bands in the world. Nora ep is probably dedicated to the all Norse and Scandinavian men, a tribute to all those who crossed out not only melodic death metal and metalcore, the material for those who prefer a one or two – enough already visionary species. FROM ALL WITHIN should interest all unbelievers. I tell you the truth, that the energy and the strength beating out from the speakers is something that I havent heard for a long ago – of course if we talk about metalcore. Because what if bands playing our beloved music is based solely on blastbeats, breakdowns and rampant technique if it lacks feeling, catchy groove, a melody that could easily be the buzz, no this is something which allegedly it's not desirable by those who wish to be true metalheads, but as required by the general to stand above the average (quite a paradox isn't it?). FROM ALL WITHIN in this matter is just enough to say. Breakdowns are existing, but smart and not abused, the melody still is the main goal, almost every riff has a lot of harmony and melody, this is the merit of Sweden influence, solo riffs are simply delicious and they beautifully decorate each song (for the truth they fit perfectly, especially when taking into account the fact that not every metalcore band has it), rhythm straight strikes after our face, bass appears itself on the back, and and above all dominates brutal but not much distinctive voice of David. In fact, he may not be the best guy in screaming and he does not know how to be original, but he does it with class and certainly at the shows he clearly gives the board.

It is well! Change the cover on some less … emo? I do not know how to call it, record the entire full lenght album, look for a publisher, do some awesome touring, come to Poland and play for us fans, for all those who are full of hunger, hunger of metalcore!. Devout wishes? Well, we forgot that Poland and metalcore does not suit well with each other more than dog and cat. A pity. Really.
