Guy Kozowyk of Massachusetts’s THE RED CHORD is a man of few words. Considering the following interview arrived via email, Kozowyk couldn't use strained vocal cords as an excuse for the brevity of his answers. Perhaps, Guy prefers our readers to experience the music of THE RED CHORD, rather than read about it. His group brings a whirlwind of energy, technically moving between many of the styles that have defined the extreme metal movement over the past decade. Kowzowyk prefers not to categorize the music that has made them the new face of Metal Blade, but if DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, CEPHALIC CARANAGE and LAMB OF GOD got into rumble, readers may get a slight idea about their sound. EGOMASS „Estreme Conseguenze”

Italy is not a country, which is producing astonishing amounts of good metal bands. It is weird, because Italy is one of the biggest countries in Europe but think it over – how many metal bands from Italy You know, and how many from smaller countries, for example Scandinavian, or Middle-Eastern Europe? Well I don't want to wonder about that, especially that I am writing this text in different goal – Some time ago I received EGOMASS promo, which comes from country of Petrarch and Ovid, more specifically – Sardinia.
