DRAGONFORCE part ways with vocalist

Roadrunner Records have confirmed that DRAGONFORCE and vocalist ZP Theart have gone their separate ways due to “insurmountable differences of musical opinion”.

The band had this to say on the matter, in a statement which has since been removed from the website:
“It is with great regret that DRAGONFORCE announce a parting of the ways with singer ZP Theart…but the rest of the band sincerely wishes ZP great success with his future projects.”

The remaining members have begun work on their fith album, but to complete ther record guitarist Herman Li said they are hoping to find a “powerful, melodic singer to write a new chapter of DRAGONFORCE with us.”
