OLVIDO: New album is coming soon

Outlandish and unclassifiable metal act “Olvido” reveal us more details of their highly anticipated new album, which will receive the title of “Luto” (Mourning). The cover artwork has been designed by María from Ideophony (Ihsahn, Obsidian Kingdom, Foscor…), and it personifies the 5 stages of grief: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance. ”Luto” is the matter of which are made the dreams of “Olvido”: a concept album about momentous and heartbreaking human feelings which erupt at a time as vital and unpardonable loss, and musically drinks from all the influences of the band, having opted this time for the most metallic ones.

“Luto” was recorded at the prestigious “Music Lan Recording Studios” from Avinyonet de Puigventós, and the postproduction of the album (mixing and mastering) fell into the hands of finish Hiili Hiilesmaa (Him, Amorphis, Sentenced, The 69 Eyes, Entwine, Moonspell, Lordi, Apocalyptica …) and his “Yellow House Studio” from Haamelina (Finland).

Release Date: 21st October 2013.
