Steelfest Open Air 2014 opens the next summer’s festival season with a bang!

Steelfest open air 2014 kick-starts the metal festival summer season third time in a row. The event is taking place at Hyvinkää, Finland on 16.-17. May 2014 featuring world-class bands from a limited genre of death-, black- and thrash metal. So far, the 16 bands that have been confirmed are:

Primordial (IRL), Inquisition (USA), Deströyer 666 (NED), Vader (POL), Nokturnal Mortum (UKR), Aura Noir (NOR), Urfaust (NED), Aeternus (NOR), Baptism (FIN), Djevel (NOR), Desolate Shrine (FIN), Alghazanth (FIN), Raven Woods (TUR), Mustan Kuun Lapset (FIN), Lantern (FIN), Maveth (FIN).

Hyvinkää is conveniently located 30 minutes north from Helsinki-Vantaa international airport. The venue itself is an old wool factory, which lays a gloomy set-up and atmosphere for the extreme metal festival.
