SILENT LINE post Metal cover of ONE DIRECTION’s “Drag Me Down”

Bonnyville, AB melodic metal band SILENT LINE have posted a metal cover version of One Direction’s hit single ‘Drag Me Down’ because sometimes metalheads need to demonstrate their guilty pleasure for pop music.

“We were just looking to make a funny cover that isn’t serious by any stretch of the imagination. We thought it would be hilarious to try and turn such a straightforward boy band song into our style of melodic metal. Some people in the band – not naming any names – are on the fence about releasing it, but I think it will get some laughs and hopefully a few new fans!
