AZZIARD & NIRNAETH split 7″ EP

Two well-known names of the French underground Black Metal scene unite for a raging call to blasphemous war.

Roaming the dark caves of the Black Metal scene since 15 years each, having released two full-lengths each, both being established names of the French scene, it was obvious that some day these two would have to share a split release… and the said split is now available through Kaotoxin!

AZZIARD, right back from their 2015 Hellfest gig, recorded “Unus Mundus”, a brand new track to celebrate their deal with KAOTOXIN while, on late 2015 / early 2016, NIRNAETH recorded two new songs as a pre-production for their next full-length, one of which being “Nihil in Me”.

AZZIARD’s song showcases their trademark “War Metal” and obsession for World War I such as already demonstrated on their two full-lengths while NIRNAETH are taking a more traditional / orthodox Black Metal approach, yet with a Thrash-ier edge than before. Both songs are previously unreleased and are exclusive to this limited edition split 7″ EP ; the first 7″ ever released through KAOTOXIN.
