TAINTED LADY singer join forces with STEEL PANTHER

Newly signed Tainted Lady are already playing with the big rock stars of the world as the British lead singer Michael Catton got pulled on stage when Steel Panther where playing in Aarhus last year and ended up featuring on the bands latest single “I Got What You Want” as backing vocals!

“Without the earth shattering vocals of Catton on the chorus of our latest single “I Got What You Want”, we probably wouldn’t have even released it.” – Satchel (lead guitars, Steel Panther).

“Being pulled up on stage to sing was a dream come true! We got talking after the show, and I must have made an impression because Satchel suggested that I sing on their upcoming album. To be able to say that I contributed to a Steel Panther album, even in just a small way, is an honour. Maybe I’ll feature on the next one too!” – Michael Catton, Tainted Lady.

The Danes in Tainted Lady are set to release their debut album “How The Mighty Have Fallen” May 26th 2017 on both CD, LP and Digital.

The album was written and recorded with a pure live production, the band’s renowned energetic live performance and attitude has been captured for all to experience.
The recording took place at Medley Studios with Soren Andersen (Mike Tramp, Glen Hughes, Electric Guitars, LUCER) which was a dream coming true for the band.

Michael Catton on the title “How The Mighty Have Fallen”:
“The title comes from one of our songs, which sort of ironically pokes fun at the lack of originality in the rock genre today, especially among the established rock bands. But we found that it actually reflects well on most of lyrics on the album, where a general theme is the established vs. the anti-established, the old vs. the new. At the same time it refers to the state of the world in 2017.”
