The origins of IRON HARVEST coming from Utrecht (the Netherlands) date back to 2012. The members of the band gained experience in such bands as WELTSCHMERZ, WRANG, GRAFJAMMER, VERVAL, NEVEL, WHITE OAK and APOTELESMA.

Musically, the band does not lurk like a shy but present a totally furious Death Metal, however with characteristically arranged – with specific disharmony and dissonanse. Although I think that they need technical skills for such play… Custom riffs, broken phrases, frequent changes of rapid pace with temporary crushing slowingdowns… Just controlled chaos aggressively proliferating!

Many years ago ATROCITY used a somewhat similar approach to the arrangement on the album “Hallucinations”, and sometimes CARCASS (on the first 3 albums) and the old VOIVOD (but in a much slower and milder form).

The band’s lyrics refer to current events such as ISIS (“Rape the World”), Bill Cosby (“Make a Change … Fuck Yourself”) or the rise of populist leaders (“The Beast I Worship”).

IRON HARVEST is designed for experienced gourmets of extreme music. It is difficult the music, even in terms of Death Metal. These over 30 minutes can do havoc on the mind.
