Metal United Down Under focuses to Australian underground bands to support their activities and creativity. Organizing concerts, promoting bands, etc …

As the title of the album indicates, this is the second compilation release, which this time contains as many as 16 Australian bands revolving around broadly defined Metal music, ranging from classic Metal genres (Heavy, Thrash, Death, Black) to various combinations of these styles and hybrids, like Metalcore.

Interesting in all compilations is that each band presents their own way to play Metal and it’s the same here. 16 bands and 16 different points of view… There is heaviness, aggression, brutality, energy, dynamics, vehemence but also melodiousness, and sometimes even some melancholy or darkness… And also singings, screams and growlings… So everything what we are looking for in Metal music .

The compilation shows the diversity of the Australian underground not only in terms of music genres, but also in terms of sound and production. Like in Europe or the both Americas there are better and worse bands. And it’s the same in Australia. I will deliberately not favor or negate any of the bands, because the most important thing is passion and desire to create!
