I did not know that Hellfire B.C. had signed to Sleaszy Rider records and when I saw the advertisement for their debut in a magazine I was pretty surprised! I have liked this band since their demo era. So, after three great demos it`s time for them to make their first move in discography. If you are familiar with the band then you know what you should expect. If you are hearing their name for the first time be prepared to be violated. Thrash metal in the vein of Destruction, Metallica and Exodus. They also do remind me of Raise Hell. Don`t think that they just copy their influences. They have a very strong personality in their music which enables you to recognize the band from only a few notes. The production is very good and I also noticed an amazing steady rhythm section. The album contains 9 songs and some of them were included in their previous demos but are performed again with some changes here. I may be kind of enthusiastic because I have known the band from the past but in no case am I overreacting. A great debut in…the birth of the nuclear age!
