It's all an melodic old-school thrash inferno and every now and then more modern influences such as Machine Head shine through. The vocals are a lot like early Metallica, but a little sleazier. The songs are pretty diverse although in a Bay Area-vein. When the guys slow down to mid-tempo they punch out a lot of melody and atmosphere. Nothing original or new, but this is great stuff and I like it! Not too much guitar virtuoso stuff although you hear that these guys have class and master their instruments. I haven't heard thrash metal this good in a very long time.
Reading the bio you understand that these New Jersey guys are experienced metal-heads. The demo was engineered by Paul Crook (Sebastian Bach, Ex-Anthrax) and Scott Metaxas (Nuclear Assault, Prophet) and this alone should grant the extraordinary thrash flavor of this MCD of six kick-ass tracks. The sound is in no way “demo”!
