After three albums… the time has come for Ep
I not hide my opinion – the music of FORGOTTEN SUNS hits in my taste ideally because I the most willingly listen in Progressive Metal since several years
I adore such arrangements – full of innovations, imagination and musical space and also veavy and simple very Metal Mainly, the music is set to producing suitable atmosphere – dark and melancholy I adore when the arrangements dose emotions gradually and after a moment their power would intensify the intensity of emotion to borders of possibility Then I can unknowingly undergo mood produced by the team. And such type interventions are frequent in “Revelations”
From the technical side – “Revelations” presents itself equally well… The complex arrangements oscillate among motifs of Power/Thrash Metal, in which the heavy energetic guitars, the multi-rhythmical hits and sublime melodies of guitars and keyboards reign with the addition the dark samples and accents as well as the very emotional singing coloured by the recitations, sharper vocals and even by the episode of female operatic singing.
The material is phenomenal for me. It portrays the interesting connection of power, darkness and melancholy with element of horror. However I feel huge hunger because this is only Ep.
