Greece is the country of holiday trips, sun and warm sea. Greece also is the country of musicians from RAW IN SECT. The four young men from Athenss decided to create band in 2005 year… The band is inspired by HATESPHERE, LAMB OF GOD or GOJIRA and even SLAYER.

The team tries to create the modern Grove Trash Metal, with tiny breath of Progressive Metal and Hardcore. And we seldom can to hear such additions in this the type of music. But such additions add pluses for them, that I can not classify them to the one kind of playing. The disc “Red Flows” has the eleven different tracks in which the aggression, the heaviness, the brutality but and the technical playing are audible.

The quick title-song “Red Flows”, modern “Scars of Deception” and “A Haunted Frame” (with Progressive insertions)… They show the variety of creation of Greeks music. The vocalist Kostas Diamandis makes his work favourably (the south accent is not audible in vocal here) and this is positive. The solos are in suitable place, and the bass player has more to show than in different bands of this type. This is interesting, that two instrumental works (“When Waves Divide” and “Phrygian”) appeared in the disc. The instrumental tracks are a prize for ears after Thrash Metal storm.

Greeks can come out far in thicket of bands which appear day by day. Their concert could be very interesting, because I think their music of RAW IN SECT is ideal on a scene.
