Statement from the bands Myspace page:

“Ok, we keep getting messages and comments about the whole Tyler in jail in Scotland thing. So I thought I better clarify. Tyler has been out for a little while now, and everything is back to normal. The judge set him free after a few days in solitary confinement.

“So Tyler went to court, and defended himself. And here is what he said to get the charges dropped….

“”If there is one thing that I learned from William Wallace, its that YOU PROTECT YOUR WOMEN, YOU PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN, AND YOU FIGHT FOR YOUR FREEDOM!!!!!!”

“and thats how Tyler got free, haha, true story, Its pretty amazing.”
