OZZFEST 2004 – BLACK SABBATH, JUDAS PRIEST, SLAYER

HELL-BORN „The Call of Megiddo”
If you are a fan of heavy music, but tend to be turned off by bands who’s vocals aren’t clear, or just don’t like the typical gutteral belches that most death metal bands possess, then you might want to pick up HELL-BORN. The vocals are very easy to understand and it doesn’t take you long to memorize the lyrics.
KING DIAMOND „The Puppet Master”
I would have to say that when I first started listening to Metal, KING DIAMOND had to be one of my favorites. This was due to the fact that he tells awesome scary stories that are backed with excellent music.
.
DYING FETUS „Stop at Nothing”
Brutal riffs, along with in your face vocals and pummeling drums is what you will hear when you listen to DYING FETUS: Stop at Nothing. If you like your music heavy as shit and aggressive you need to add this release to your collection.
CARNAL LUST „Whore of Violence”
Sometimes you find a CD that just doesn’t do anything but annoy. I found that when I put in CARNAL LUST who hails from Paris, France.
AS I LAY DYING „Frail Words Collapse”
Wow! Could be my reaction when I listened for the first time to AS I LAY DYING. During that time I heard so many different style of Metal
.
PESTILENCE „Consuming Impulse”
A classic and brutal release from one of the pioneer bands of Death Metal. Pestilence set the stage with some of heavy riffs to date.
AFTER FEED-BACK „s/t”
Though I normally dont review anything besides Death and Black Metal, I received a release from AFTERFEEDBACK to whom hail from Spain. I want to let you know first hand that besides listening to the heavy brutal music, I have a wide variety of other genres of styles in my collection, and so I am not blind to the music known as Nu Metal
.
CEREBRAL EFFUSION „Violence in Motion”
Cerebral Effusion’s Violence In Motion is what it says with their first release for Unmatched Brutality Records. What a great way to start their relationship.
OBDUKTION „Encounter in a Dream”
OBDUKTION is a four piece band hailing from Athens, Greece. Which made me wonder what I was in store for, having I never had heard from them.
