GORGOROTH „Ad Majorem Sathanas Gloriam”

W dniu, w którym dane mi było po raz pierwszy zmierzyć się z najnowszą płytą norweskiego GORGOROTH, zatytułowaną „Ad Majorem Sathanas Gloriam”, w moim mieszkaniu panował skwar nie do zniesienia (w końcu mamy lato), jednak nie zdawałem sobie wtedy sprawy, że podczas odsłuchu tej płyty temperatura jeszcze bardziej wzrośnie, za sprawą piekła jakie postanowili nam ponownie zgotować muzycy tej bluźnierczej kapeli.

DORO „Warrior Soul”

DORO joined Warlock in 1983 and in early 1984 they released their debut album called “Burning The Witches”. Shortly after the band signed with the major label Phonogram Records and entered Country Lane studios in Munich, Germany with producers Henry Staroste & Rainer Assmann to record their second album “Hellbound”.

ASTRAL DOORS „Astralism”

In early 2002, Swedish musicians Joachim Nordlund and Johan Lindstedt, teamed up and decided to write some metal songs in the spirit of their old heroes Rainbow, Sabbath and Deep Purple. Johan and Joachim soon began producing the songs keeping to the same spirit of these bands that provided so much inspiration.

ALL THAT REMAINS „The Fall of Ideals”

Along with KILLSWITCH ENGAGE and UNEARTH, New England’s ALL THAT REMAINS is a band that focuses more on heaviness and musicianship, and less on fashion and whiney, Emo vocals. Sure, vocalist Philip Labonte sings with clean vocals, but his vocals are dripping with passion and pain, instead of the bouncy, teeny-bopper, Pop Punk vocals that have seem to taken over this scene in the last couple of years.
