ATHEIST sign worldwide record deal with Agonia Records and announce plans for new upcoming release slated for 2018
American, legendary, technical, metal pioneers ATHEIST have signed a worldwide record deal with the European based label, Agonia Records. The band is expected to release a new studio album, the follow-up to 2010’s critically acclaimed “Jupiter” in mid to late 2018.

ATHEIST „Unquestionable Presence”
Second effort of these pioneers of progressive death metal, this album marks a clear evolution of the band obtaining a more unique sound. Away almost completely from the classical thrash riffs and rhythms, this album shows more complex arrangements and mastership of all musicians involved, remarking the work of the drums, with a jazzier style that was a surprising innovation at the time (even today).
