The Danish/French/Swiss melodic metal-band NOW OR NEVER have signed a record-deal with the Danish metal-label Mighty Music. The band consist of Ricky Marx and Kenn Jackson (both ex-Pretty Maids), Jo Amore (ex-Nightmare) and Ranzo (ex-Sultan).
